Hij is vader van twee jongens, speelt graag met ze, doet aan sport en leest strips als hij tijd heeft.
In 2020 verliet hij zijn baan net na zijn vaderschapsverlof om Lileo te lanceren. Toen hij zijn vrouw melk zag afkolven, inspireerde hem dat tot het gekke avontuur van het maken van een borstkolf.
Bij Lileo houdt hij toezicht op de financiën, productontwikkeling en dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Toen Jerome haar het idee uitlegde om een nieuwe borstkolf te maken, was ze meteen enthousiast over het op te lossen probleem.
Heb je ooit een vrouw melk zien afkolven? Nee? Het is het bewijs dat vrouwen opnieuw onzichtbaar zijn gemaakt en naar de achtergrond zijn gedrongen. En dat is niet terecht. Ze begint aan haar avontuur in oktober 2020.

Yasmine
Product Management
Ze is industrieel ingenieur met een specialisatie in gezondheid en heeft een aanvullende masteropleiding gevolgd. Yasmine heeft altijd de wens gehad om het leven van mensen te verbeteren, vooral dat van vrouwen.
Ze gaat graag naar de bioscoop en kijkt graag documentaires. Je kunt met haar praten over documentaires over de onderwaterwereld of boeken over psychologie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
Bij Lileo is ze verantwoordelijk voor de technische ontwikkeling van het product, dus je kunt haar ontmoeten als je je inschrijft om het prototype te testen.

Gaël
Strategie en consultancy
Hij ontmoette Jerome op de universiteit en toen zeiden ze tegen elkaar: op een dag zullen we samen een project hebben. Het was dus heel natuurlijk dat Jerome een beroep deed op Gaël. Als vader van twee dochters kende hij ook de zorgen die het moederschap met zich mee kan brengen.
Of het nu gaat om human resources, contacten voor de beste verzekeraar of advocaat, of digitaal talent, zijn adresboek staat vol juweeltjes. Hij is ook degene die het team aan het denken zet en een stapje terug doet.

He is the father of two boys, enjoys playing with them, doing sport and reading comics when he has the time.
In 2020, he left his job just after his paternity leave to launch Momly. It was seeing his wife expressing milk that inspired him to embark on the crazy adventure of creating a breast pump.
At Momly, he oversees finance, product development and day-to-day operations.

When Jérôme explained to her the idea of making a new breast pump, she was immediately enthusiastic about the problem to be solved.
Have you ever seen a woman expressing milk? No ? It’s proof that, once again, women have been rendered invisible and relegated to the background. And that’s not right. She is embarking on her adventure in October 2020.

She is an industrial engineer specializing in health and graduated from an additional Masters at ICHEC. Yasmine has always had a desire to improve people’s lives, particularly women’s lives.

At Momly, she is in charge of the technical development of the product, so you could meet her if you subscribe to test the prototype.

He met Jérôme at university and that’s when they said to each other: one day, we’ll have a project together. So it was quite natural for Jérôme to call on Gaël. As the father of two daughters himself, he also knew the worries that motherhood could bring.
