Lileo team

Jerome

Management, finance and strategy

He is the father of two boys, enjoys playing with them, doing sport and reading comics when he has the time.

In 2020, he left his job just after his paternity leave to launch Lileo. It was seeing his wife expressing milk that inspired him to embark on the crazy adventure of creating a breast pump.

At Lileo, he oversees finance, product development and day-to-day operations.

Feel free to contact him if you’re curious: jerome@lileo.com

You can talk to him about his trips to Japan or his love of video games.

Anastasia

Community, Branding and Customer Success

When Jerome explained to her the idea of making a new breast pump, she was immediately enthusiastic about the problem to be solved.

Have you ever seen a woman expressing milk? No ? It’s proof that, once again, women have been rendered invisible and relegated to the background. And that’s not right. She is embarking on her adventure in October 2020.

You may already have been in contact with her, she’s overseeing sales, contacts with mums, product design and brand development.

Don’t hesitate to contact her if you’re curious: anastasia@lileo.com

You can talk to her about her list of Brussels restaurants or her love of books.

Mattias

Engineer and product development

Mattias is an engineer at Lileo, with a degree in mechanical engineering from KULeuven. Before joining the team, he spent ten years honing his skills at Toyota, where he developed a keen sense of precision and innovation.

In his spare time, Mattias likes to keep active by kitesurfing, running and hiking. His taste for adventure often takes him to the mountains, and he makes a point of visiting Japan twice a year – a place close to his heart, as it was there that he met the mother of his daughter.

At Lileo, Mattias heads up engineering and product development, bringing his passion for cutting-edge technology to the design and functionality of our breast pumps.

Don’t hesitate to contact us if you’re curious: mattias@lileo.com

You can chat to him about his favourite hiking trails, his kitesurfing tips or his experiences in Japan.

Gaël

Strategy and consultancy

He met Jérôme at university and that’s when they said to each other: one day, we’ll have a project together. So it was quite natural for Jérôme to call on Gaël. As the father of two daughters himself, he also knew the worries that motherhood could bring.

Whether it’s human resources, contacts for the best insurer or lawyer in Brussels, or digital talent, his address book is full of gems. He’s also the one who gets the team thinking and taking a step back.

Don’t hesitate to contact him if you’re curious: gael@momly.eu

You can talk to him about his love of tech objects, or ask him for advice on how to improve your Japanese.

Feel free to contact us if you have a question.
